Cannot believe anyone would negatively comment re: its proximity to treatment facilities; have never encountered any offensive odors in the 5+ years I have played the course. It is austere but most certainly playable unless you're a hotshot scratch player. The staff's accommodating and friendly attitudes more than compensate for any shortcomings physical-plant wise

A big non-golf plus is the variety and abundance of birds. A huge negative is the course's proximity to a water or sewage treatment facility. The odor bordered on sickening.

Really nice lay out, not too difficult. Very fun and playable, a good place to bring out-of-town friends for a casual round. Ive seen it in better condition in the past, the greens were shaggy and SLOW. More than a couple of them were in pretty bad shape with bald/damaged areas that affected the line of my putts. The fairways were not mowed and some of the white tee boxes were really chopped up. Overall a good value if you get a deal on golfnow.
